Warranties - Metropole Interiors and Pinnacle Brands, LLC do not warranty the products offered for sale on this website; however all products are sold with the following manufacturer warranty: warrants to the first non-dealer purchaser of any of its products that they are to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If a product does have a defect, our obligation is expressly limited to replacement, without charge, or repair at the factory after prior written return authorization has been granted. Metropole Interiors' and Pinnacle Brands, LLC's, or its suppliers' obligation under this warranty does not extend beyond the initial cost of the product and accordingly any consequential damages or labor costs arising out of a defect are expressly excluded.

Shipping Information - Shipping is free for all orders. We use UPS, FedEx, and specialized furniture freight carriers to get your items to you as timely and as safely as possible. Click here to get more detailed information on our shipping.

Delivery Terms & Times - All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Most orders will be shipped within 14 days of order unless otherwise indicated. Some products DO take quite a bit longer. We deal in furniture and other home furnishings. Some are ready to ship immediately, but many of the items that we sell are CUSTOM orders, i.e. - custom upholstered sofas and chairs, and many of our lighting products. These products are not manufactured until you order them. Therefore, it may take up to 12-16 weeks or longer to manufacture and ship them to you. Please be aware of this before ordering. We provide high-quality, designer furnishings at a fair price, but sometimes it is necessary to wait a little in order to receive those benefits! If a product will take longer than 14 days after the order is accepted to deliver, accept in situations where the manufacturer is out of stock, we will post the estimated delivery time in the product description, or that it is a 'Special' or 'Custom' order.

Return Policy - Metropole Interiors carries many custom items that are not returnable, but some items are when our Standard Item Return Policy is followed. Pricing Errors, Product Availability & Order Acceptance - Although we do our very best to maintain accurate pricing on all of our goods and an up to date listing of available products, the potential for errors in our listed prices and availability does exist. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of the information given on this website.
